Fil–Tec’s Cotton Core wick features a patented open construction design enabling better capillary flow of more difficult wax blends such as vegetable or soy based and heavily scented or colored paraffin. Our double reinforced Cotton Core offers improved rigidity over conventional braided wick. Our Cotton Core candlewick is also available waxed and tabbed to your anufacturing requirements.
We offer a higher yield product on 95% break–free spools, which means longer production runs and less downtime.

Cotton Core Wicks
Our product description is very “user-friendly”. The description represents the 2 hour pool diameter in a 140° melt point straight cut paraffin wax. This method allows the user to easily compare wick size and performance. This chart provides the candle maker a starting point for wick selection. Your wick selection will depend on wax blend, color and scent additives.
